Womens Health, Fitness, Beauty and Joy

Dee-termined to Dee-liver

Sorry about the puns above folks - When you have a name like Dee it is hard not to use it like this because there are so many words beginning with Dee.  Any of you got a name like that?

I think I am like a lot of women.  Concerned about my health.  Concerned about the health of my family.  Concerned about the fitness of all of us and our quality of life.

So I decided to start this blog.  I want this to be a place where we can come to share our gripes. Where we can tell our stories about how the money men in grey suits stuck their sweaty little fingers into our purses when we were trying to make the most of ourselves.

This space is for us (you and me) to discuss how we maintain our quality of life, how we keep our families healthy (or despair because they are not).  I will put some of my discoveries on here.  I will occasionally recommend, review or revile products, magazines and people and hope that you will feel free to do the same.

I am not a doctor, a medical researcher or a lawyer, so you cannot assume that what I say is right.  It is just my opinion.  And I will assume the same of all of you.

And we would love to hear from you about anything you want to say.

We can share problems and solutions, challenges and fantastic moments. Share information about the diets we have tried.  And yes, of course you have tried a diet; we all have at some time.

We can share what we know about health and nutrition.  Discuss exercise equipment we have used and whether it is any good.

I would love you to tell us about your exercise regime and what it means to you. Have you used a personal trainer and were they good? Do you have great stamina and how did you develop it? Did you go bodybuilding and fail at the first hurdle?

Because we are women, we are curious about each other and we love hearing everyone’s story.

Welcome to this blog, thanks for stopping to read; and we would love to have you join us.

Deelighted to see you!

Health and Fitness is a Womens Issue

Wonderful Women

Wonderful women want health and fitness. They want a great lifestyle.

Important women's issues include health and fitness. Wonderful women look and feel great. They are the best they can be all the time.

You want that right? you want to feel good. No, scratch that, you want to feel great You want to look fantastic. You want that to come with a grat lifestyle and a lovely family.

You're not stupid. You know that what you were born with is what you have to play with, cellulite and all. So unless you have a lot of money, and are OK about men in pale green outfits, shower caps and masks waving shiny little knives in your direction, you have to deal with the raw material that you have.

Maximising the Assets and Minimizing the - er - Asset!

But you also know that things can always be improved. If the figure isn’t quite right it can be changed through eating great food and/or using your body the way it was designed to be used. Or it can be changed by wearing the right underpinning

Does your skin lack that youthful glow? Again; great nutrition plus enjoyable exercise, fresh air, reduced stress and the right amount of sleep will help that. Or use makeup. There are loads of great products around.

So you do have choices. Great food or big pants and corset bras. Glowing skin or a makeup bag with wheels

There is nothing wrong with underpinning and make up.  But feeling great, looking fantastic, having a great lifestyle and a lovely family does not come from underpinning and makeup bags. Not even make up bags from H. Couture Beauty with lipstick at $150 and mascara at $589! All that comes from being as fantastic as we know we can be!!!
